A Canadian academic provides two tips to implement on a daily basis to take care of your brain.

Professor Elmasry is recognized in microchip design and artificial intelligence, he wrote the book iMind: Artificial and Real Intelligence . "The useful life expectancy of current smartphones is about 10 years, while a healthy brain inside a healthy human body can live 100 years or more . Your brain is the most valuable asset you own or will ever own. Increase its potential and longevity by taking care of it from the beginning of your life, keeping it healthy, as well as your body, so that it can continue to develop," writes Professor Elmasry in his book.

Before adding: “Humans can intentionally develop and test their memory by playing brain games, Risk of Dementia, or performing daily brain exercises. You cannot exercise your smartphone's memory to make it last longer or encourage it to function at a higher level.”
